New customers will soon be able to activate Pantarey directly via the website and get started with just a few clicks.
This includes preconfigured example processes, data structures, and guided setup.
This makes getting started with process digitalization even faster and more intuitive.
🧩 Template System for Processes and Data
A central element of development is the template system:
Processes and data structures can be imported as templates, customized, and used immediately.
This allows proven workflows – such as invoicing, leave requests, or approval processes – to be adopted with just a few clicks. This also creates opportunities for partners to provide their own templates.
📄 Automatic Process Documentation
When publishing a process, Pantarey automatically generates management documentation that describes all relevant workflows.
This creates transparency without manual rework. A real benefit for quality assurance and audits.
🤖 AI Integration and Intelligent Assistants
Pantarey uses artificial intelligence to provide targeted support.
An integrated AI chat is currently being developed to help with questions about processes, forms, or configurations.
In the long term, AI agents are intended to autonomously take on tasks – for example, conducting process analyses or suggesting automation opportunities.
The goal is a platform that not only executes but also thinks along.
🧠 Extended Service Tasks
Service tasks connect Pantarey with the outside world.
In addition to existing functions (such as QR code generation), new integrations are currently being added –
for example E-Post delivery, Microsoft 365 integration, and other partner services.
This allows external actions to be integrated directly into workflows.
💬 In-App Help & Guided Tours
The help content in Pantarey is being comprehensively revised.
In the future, context-sensitive explanations can be accessed directly in the application – for fields, process steps, or error messages.
Guided tours make getting started easier and show step by step how to create or customize processes.
🌐 Starting Processes from External Sources
Increasingly, processes are triggered not internally but from external systems or websites.
Public entry points are being developed for this purpose (e.g., webhooks or embedded forms),
allowing Pantarey processes to be seamlessly integrated into existing portals or shops.
📚 Documentation & Knowledge
The documentation is continuously growing. From in-app help to in-depth content at docs.pantarey.io.
The goal is to make everything available in one place: understandable, searchable, and multilingual.
