Personal support

If no answer is found an answer in the documentation or a specific issue arises, direct contact is available:

  • Email support: Send a message to support@pantarey.io. Response usually occurs within one business day.
  • Support via the administrators: If Pantarey is used within a company, the internal administrator is often the first contact. They can collect requests and forward them.

What should a support request include?

For quick assistance, please provide the following information:

  • Short description of the issue.
  • Area in Pantarey (e.g., process name, data structure).
  • Screenshots or error messages if possible.
  • the environment (browser, version).

Tips for a faster resolution

  • Update the browser to the latest version.
  • Reload the page (F5) and check whether the issue persists.
  • Ask if other users observe the same behavior.
