Personal support
If no answer is found an answer in the documentation or a specific issue arises, direct contact is available:
- Email support: Send a message to support@pantarey.io. Response usually occurs within one business day.
- Support via the administrators: If Pantarey is used within a company, the internal administrator is often the first contact. They can collect requests and forward them.
What should a support request include?
For quick assistance, please provide the following information:
- Short description of the issue.
- Area in Pantarey (e.g., process name, data structure).
- Screenshots or error messages if possible.
- the environment (browser, version).
Tips for a faster resolution
