We appreciate every bit of feedback – whether it is a bug report, improvement idea, or quick hint.
Directly from the application
In the Pantarey interface you will find the “Give feedback” button in the lower right corner.
There you can choose:
- 🐞 Report a bug: When something does not work or an error occurs.
- 💡 Suggest an improvement: When you have an idea to make something easier or better.
After clicking you can fill out a short form to describe and submit your request.
🟢 Advantage: Your message automatically contains information about your environment so we can reproduce issues faster.

You can also reach us by email:
Please include the following information if possible:
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened instead?
- When did the issue occur?
- Which browser and version are you using?
- Optional: screenshot or error message.
Why feedback matters
