Every bit of feedback is appreciated – whether it is a bug report, improvement idea, or quick hint.
Directly from the application
In the Pantarey interface, the “Give feedback” button in the lower right corner.
There it is possible to choose:
- 🐞 Report a bug: When something does not work or an error occurs.
- 💡 Suggest an improvement: When there is an idea to make something easier or better.
After clicking it is possible to fill out a short form to describe and submit the request.
🟢 Advantage: the message automatically contains information about the environment so issues can be reproduced issues faster.
By email
classic email contact is also available:
Please include the following information if possible:
- What was being attempted?
- What happened instead?
- When did the issue occur?
- Which browser and version is being used?
- Optional: screenshot or error message.
Why feedback matters
