This card shows only processes that the logged-in user is personally involved in – for example, processes they started themselves or that are assigned to them and are still running. Processes of other users are not visible here. It provides an overview of which personal matters are currently being worked on.

What is shown here?

  • Process label: The name or label of the process instance (e.g. "Leave request – John Smith").
  • Current step: Where the process currently stands (e.g. "Waiting for approval").
  • Assigned person: Who is currently responsible for the next step.
  • Duration: How long the process has been running.

Example

After submitting a leave request, it appears here with the status "Waiting for approval by team lead". The current status is visible at any time – without having to ask anyone.
