Work Overview

This card provides a quick summary of how the user's own processes are doing. Only processes that the logged-in user has access to are displayed. Key figures are shown per process – clear and color-coded.

What is shown here?

  • One row per process with the following values:
    • 🟢 Running instances
    • ✅ Completed instances
    • 🔴 Failed instances
    • 🟡 Waiting on me (tasks assigned to the current user)
  • Time filter: Use the buttons in the card header to narrow the time range – Today, This Week, or This Month.
  • Navigation: Clicking a process opens the Process Explorer with full details.

Example

The work overview shows that the "Incoming Invoices" process has three failed instances. One click opens the Process Explorer to investigate the cause and restart the processes if needed.

Tips

  • Follow the color legend: Colors help spot problems instantly – red means action is needed.
  • Use "Waiting on me": This value shows how many processes require your personal action.
