Activity
This card shows what happened recently – an overview of recent events relevant to the logged-in user, in chronological order. Only activities that concern the current user are displayed – such as processes the user is involved in or tasks assigned to them. This is not a company-wide log.
What is shown here?
- Event list: Personal activities such as processes the user started, completed tasks, finished processes, errors, and timer events – only those relevant to the user's own scope.
- Time filter: Use the buttons in the card header to select the time range – Today, This Week, or This Month.
- Search field: Use the search to find specific events.
Example
On Monday morning, the filter is set to "Today". Immediately visible are which processes completed automatically over the weekend and whether any errors occurred that need attention.
Tips
- Spot errors quickly: Failed processes are color-coded and stand out immediately.
- Adjust the time range: When there are many activities, narrow the time filter to find relevant entries faster.
