Working on Tasks

Employees see their open tasks centrally in the dashboard.
Each task leads directly to the form that needs to be filled out or approved.
After processing, the process continues automatically – without any manual follow-up work.

Example: A vacation request is submitted, automatically forwarded to the supervisor and documented in the system after approval.

Starting Processes

New transactions – such as vacation requests, orders or reports – can be initiated directly from the start area.
All required forms are automatically provided, and required fields ensure complete entries.

Working with the App

Pantarey can be installed as an app – on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
This allows employees to complete tasks on the go or in the home office, without additional software.

Note: For administrators or power users, Pantarey offers extended views to monitor processes, analyze data and configure automation. The views can be set fine-grained via a rights and roles concept.
