Deploying processes

Before you can use a process in Pantarey, you need to publish (deploy) it. This stores the currently modeled BPMN diagram as an executable version.

Deployment

How it works

1. Open the process in the Process Designer.
2. Click Deploy.
3. Enter a comment (e.g., “Initial version” or “Change: added approval step”).
4. Confirm the deployment.

Every deployment creates a new version of the process.

What happens during deployment?

• The current state of the process is locked in.
• The published version becomes available in the Overview for authorized users.
• Only published processes can be started.

Tips

• Add clear comments for every deployment – this makes later tracking easier.
• Use the Process Explorer to inspect instances and execution details.
