Create a new data structure
Data structures in Pantarey are created in the Data Designer.
Step by step: Create a new data structure
- Navigate to the Data Designer in the menu bar.
- Click “+ New” to create a structure.
- Fill in the basic information and save:

| Name | Display name, e.g., “Invoice”. |
| Technical name | Suggested automatically (e.g., invoice). |
| Description | Short explanation of the structure and its purpose. |
✨ Name and description are suggested automatically with AI but can be adjusted at any time.
Categories and organization
- New data structures appear in the tree on the left.
- Drag and drop them into existing categories to organize your catalog.
A clear category system helps keep an overview even with many structures.
Good to know
- The technical identifier is used internally for the database, process logic, and forms.
- All further configuration (attributes, permissions, etc.) is done afterwards.
